Have you read God’s love letter? It’s beautiful, encouraging, uplifting, and full of wonderful nuggets of inspiration to remind us of how much He loves us. The Bible isn’t just a bunch of books put together for us to gain knowledge from, it’s a tangible source of the love that God gives us. Between His word, His Son, and the Holy Spirit, God has always provided a constant wave of love to each and every single one of us. All we have to do is accept it. Sharing love comes naturally once we receive it. The effects of true love include giving true love to those who may not have it.

When was the last time you wrote or received a love letter? Was it romantic, friendly, inspirational? With the world locked in a pandemic for almost a year, we’ve found many ways to show our love to one another. From care packages to zoom meetings, we’re learning to appreciate our loved ones more and more each day. These are some of the effects of God’s true love. To care enough about someone else that you act in a way that will make them feel good. No matter the consequence to yourself.

Love From The Bible

This month’s study guide touches on moments in the Bible where God’s love shone brightly. Whether it was through Jesus, the disciples, or a random woman sharing her story throughout the town, God’s love letter is the perfect template for us to use to express our love to others.
